About Patrice
Patrice is an associate with the firm's Litigation practice group. Patrice has experience in a variety of complex business matters, including insurance disputes, antitrust litigation, business torts, real estate litigation, franchise litigation and general commercial litigation in state and federal court. Patrice also has extensive experience in representing clients before the NASD and NYSE.
Patrice has represented numerous financial institutions in defending against customer disputes encompassing the Fair Credit Reporting Act, UCC issues, discriminatory lending, fraud, conversion and various other common law causes of actions. Patrice also represents securities broker/dealers and individual brokers in arbitrations. Patrice is experienced in handling litigation for franchisees and franchisors in a wide variety of matters, including cases involving antitrust violations, breach of franchise agreements, good faith and fair dealing, and noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenants.
Patrice has extensive experience with the management of both small and large cases. She assisted in successfully representing one of the largest carpet manufacturers in the world in an arbitration for over one and a half years.
