• Represents a national renal dialysis provider in acquiring and developing renal dialysis centers throughout the United States
• Represented a limited liability company comprised of large institutional health care systems in establishing the first "statewide" HMO in Georgia
• Represented a national insurance brokerage firm through eight rounds of equity and debt financing, and in connection with its management equity incentive plans, a total reorganization plan, and its strategic acquisitions of businesses
• Represented a not-for-profit entity in establishing a research facility and medical clinic specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis
• Represented a not-for-profit holding company in obtaining tax-exempt status and in the reorganization of two not-for-profit hospices and related foundations
• Represented a public English company in the acquisition of a US-based manufacturing concern (consideration was cash plus an earn-out)
• Represented numerous physician practice management companies in acquiring physician practices throughout the United States
• Represented several hospital management companies in the acquisition and disposition of multiple hospital facilities throughout the United States
