About Robert
For the past 25 years, Bob has limited his practice to representing health care providers in the State of Florida on regulatory matters. Specifically, Bob has been engaged in matters relating to Certificate of Need, Medicaid Reimbursement and Medicaid Program Integrity, and licensure of health care facilities. Bob has represented clients seeking to initiate open heart surgery programs, neonatal intensive care programs, other tertiary services, and new acute care hospitals before the State Agency for Health Care Administration.
