Karen's practice focuses primarily on health care regulatory issues, including Medicare certification, facility and professional licensure, certificate of need, HIPAA compliance, contracts, and related civil and administrative litigation. Karen has successfully represented hospitals, medical professionals, managed care organizations, and individuals in regulatory and litigation matters.
