About Rebeccah
Rebeccah Bower is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Rebeccah draws on her extensive courtroom experience gained as a trial attorney in the Attorney General's Honors Program with the United States Department of Justice. While at the Department of Justice, Rebeccah served as lead counsel for the Government in cases filed in United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts throughout the southeastern United States. Rebeccah represented the Government in a variety of complex matters, including tax refund suits, contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, civil matters involving pending, prior, or parallel criminal proceedings, review of administrative proceedings, and suits to set aside fraudulent conveyances, collect unpaid tax liabilities, and enforce IRS summonses.
Rebeccah represents clients in state and federal courts in a variety of commercial litigation contexts, including disputes involving the UCC, contracts, commercial banking fraud, real estate torts, and other complex litigation. Rebeccah also has experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings before FINRA.
