About Keith
Keith is an associate with the Commercial Finance practice group. His practice concentrates on representing banks and other lending institutions in syndicated and single-lender asset-based debt financing transactions. Keith has experience in documenting, closing and maintaining credit facilities secured by varied categories of intangible personal property, titled vehicles, other tangible personal property, and real property. In connection with his representation of the firm's clients, Keith also has experience documenting the workout and restructuring of existing credit facilities. Keith was a summer clerk with the firm prior to starting as an associate in 2006.
