Jeff's practice encompasses all areas of employee benefits and executive compensation, including the design, implementation, and day-to-day operation of various types of pension plan and welfare benefit plan arrangements. Jeff also represents boards of trustees of multiemployer Taft-Hartley trust funds. He has a wide variety of experience dealing with employee benefits issues arising under the Internal Revenue Code, as well as COBRA, HIPAA and other matters regulated by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
Professional and Civic Involvement
Prior to beginning his legal practice, Mr. Gordon was a high school teacher for eight years.
