About Charlie
Charlie's practice for over 38 years has been centered around tax and employee benefits law, with a particular emphasis in recent years on the representation of boards of trustees of multiemployer Taft-Hartley trust funds. In addition, Charlie has represented numerous clients in tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service including litigation in the United States Tax Court. Charlie has represented clients before the United States Department of Labor, the Internal Revenue Service and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation regarding complex matters regulated by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
