Since joining the firm in 2005, Robyn has focused almost exclusively on health care litigation and regulatory matters. Robyn’s practice focuses on certificate of need regulations in Georgia and Florida, hospital medical staff and peer review issues, commercial litigation, and other state and federal regulatory issues, such as Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and fraud and abuse. In the health care field, Robyn represents hospitals, health care systems, and other specialty service providers. Robyn’s experience includes administrative litigation, litigation in state courts, work with state and federal administrative agencies, and general representation of clients.
