About Peter

Peter is an associate with the firm's Litigation practice group. His practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and real estate litigation. In particular, Peter has extensive experience in defending lenders in consumer litigation relating to mortgage loans, including actions involving TILA, RESPA, RICO, state deceptive practices acts, and other statutory and common law causes of action.

Prior to joining the firm's Litigation practice group, Peter worked with the firm's Real Estate practice group. As a result, Peter also has experience in a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and leasing with respect to commercial, residential development, and office projects.
