About Seth
Seth is an associate with the firm's Commercial Finance and Bankruptcy practice groups. He has experience in a range of corporate finance transactions, including structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing secured loan transactions for financial institutions. Seth served as Law Clerk for The Honorable Lamar W. Davis, Jr., Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of Georgia, from 2005 until 2007.
